Q1. How do I access CORPKEY?

You’ll receive an invitation from your employer once your company subscribes. Simply download the CORPKEY app, submit the dedicated invitation code and register using your work email.

Q2. How do I redeem a discount at a venue?

Open the app, tap “Unlock Offer”, and present your digital CORPCARD to the venue. Some offers, typically in the ‘Lifestyle’ explore page, may also provide automatic discounts via re-directed links to their webpage.

Q3. Can I use CORPKEY at any time?

Each offer is subject to the venue’s terms, including availability, blackout dates, booking policies, or group size restrictions. Always check the offer details in the app before visiting.

Q4. I didn’t receive the discount at the venue — what should I do?

Start by reviewing the venue’s offer terms in the app. If everything appears correct, please inform staff at the venue or ask for a manager. If the matter is not resolved at the venue, please email support@corpkey.ae with details and our team will assist you in due course. Corpkey is not liable to reimburse discounts that were not received.

Q5. Can I share my CORPKEY access with others?

No. CORPKEY benefits are exclusive to registered employees. However, most venues accept group bookings — so you're welcome to bring guests, but discounts will apply only according to the venue’s policy.

FOR EMPLOYERS (Subscribed Businesses)

Q1. What is CORPKEY?

CORPKEY is a premium employee benefits platform that provides your staff with exclusive discounts at a curated selection of restaurants, lounges, cafes, bars and lifestyle experiences across the UAE.

Q2. How does the subscription work?

Your business pays a fixed monthly subscription, calculated using a tiered model based on employee size. A discounted annual plan is also available.

Q3. How do we manage our employees on the platform?

You’ll have access to a dedicated Employer Dashboard, where you can manage employee access, assign admin permissions, and monitor account activity.

Q4. What is the cancellation process?

CORPKEY subscriptions are based on a 12-month contract. You may cancel at any time by emailing support@corpkey.ae or contacting our support team through the platform. A 30-day notice is required.

Upon cancellation, a final one-month cancellation payment will be charged on your next scheduled billing date, after which your account will be closed and access removed.

If you cancel within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, you may request a refund, which will be subject to internal review and approval by the CORPKEY team.

Q5. What happens if we miss a payment?

If payment is delayed by more than 3 days, your account will be suspended. If there is no communication within 7 days, the account may be removed from the platform, disabling all employee access.

CORPKEY partners with some of the most prestigious and respected venues across the UAE — including restaurants, lounges, cafés, bars, and curated lifestyle experiences — all suited for both business and personal use.

Q1. How do I become a CORPKEY Partner?

Q2. What kind of content can I upload?

In addition to your core venue details, you can upload content that supports your ongoing marketing efforts — whether it's to promote key offers, exclusive CORPKEY incentives, seasonal campaigns, or simply to present your venue in the best possible light. All submissions are reviewed by the CORPKEY team to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with platform standards.

Q3. Is there a cost to be listed on CORPKEY?

No — there is no cost for Partners to be listed on CORPKEY.

Q4. Who sees my offer?

Only verified employees from subscribed companies can view your listing and redeem your offer through the CORPKEY app, ensuring a high-quality, closed user group.

Q5. Can I update or remove my offer?

Yes. You can manage your listing through the Partner Portal. Any updates, changes, or removals will be reviewed and approved by the CORPKEY team before going live.
