CORPKEY – Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and Dot Connector Management Consultancies Co, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates with its principal place of business in Dubai (“CORPKEY”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your access to and use of the CORPKEY mobile application and any related services (collectively, the “App”).

By registering for an account and using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the App.

  1. Eligibility and Access

    1. The CORPKEY App is available exclusively to employees of corporate entities that have entered into a subscription agreement with CORPKEY. Access is granted solely via employer invitation and is contingent on the use of a pre - approved, valid company email address.
    2. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use the App.
    3. CORPKEY reserves the right to refuse or revoke access to any user who fails to meet the above eligibility requirements or breaches these Terms.

  2. Account Registration and Security

    1. To access the App, you must register an account using your full name, date of birth, company email address, mobile number, and a secure password.
    2. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
    3. Sharing login credentials, account access, or offers with anyone-including colleagues, friends, or family-is strictly prohibited. Each account is personal and non - transferable.
    4. You agree to notify CORPKEY immediately in the event of any unauthorised access or security breach related to your account.

    5. Subscription Access - Access to the CORPKEY App is provided to you as an employee of a participating organization that maintains a valid and active subscription with CORPKEY. All subscription fees are paid by your employer. CORPKEY does not charge you, the end user, any fees for using the App.

      If your employer’s subscription is suspended, cancelled, or terminated, your access to the App may be revoked without prior notice.

  3. Use of the App and Service Restrictions

    1. The App enables eligible users to access and redeem exclusive offers and discounts at participating restaurants, cafés, lounges, bars, and lifestyle (“Partner Venues”).
    2. Offers are generally redeemable in person by presenting the digital CORPKEY Card (“CorpCard”) at the time of payment. Certain lifestyle may redirect you to an external website where exclusive links or codes are pre - applied.
    3. You agree to only redeem offers when personally present and to act in accordance with any redemption terms specified by the Partner Venue. Misuse of offers-including using CORPKEY benefits without being physically present-constitutes a breach of these Terms.
    4. You may not use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorised purposes. This includes, but is not limited to:
      • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the App or other user accounts;
      • Using automated systems to access or interact with the App;
      • Interfering with the functionality or integrity of the App.

  4. Termination and Account Deletion

    1. You may delete your account at any time through the settings section of the App.
    2. CORPKEY reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if:
      • You violate these Terms;
      • Your employer terminates its subscription with CORPKEY;
      • Required information is found to be false, outdated, or invalid.
    3. Upon termination, you will lose access to all CORPKEY features and offers, and any unredeemed benefits will be forfeited.

  5. Intellectual Property

    1. All content within the App-including logos, trademarks, text, design elements, and software code-is the property of CORPKEY or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
    2. You are granted a limited, non - exclusive, non - transferable license to use the App solely in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved.

  6. Privacy and Data Handling

    1. Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
    2. By using the App, you consent to the data collection practices described therein. These currently include your full name, date of birth, company email, phone number, and account activity related to offer redemption.
    3. CORPKEY does not currently share your personal data with third parties. Should this change, we will notify you and obtain any legally required consents.

  7. Push Notifications and Communication

    1. By using the App, you agree to receive notifications regarding new offers, changes to your account, or other service - related updates.
    2. You may opt out of non - essential push notifications at any time via your device settings.

  8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

    1. CORPKEY provides access to third - party offers and services through Partner Venues. We do not operate or control these venues, nor do we guarantee the availability, quality, or accuracy of any offers or lifestyle.
    2. The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
    3. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CORPKEY disclaims all liability for:
      • Service interruptions;
      • Loss of offers or discounts;
      • Acts or omissions of third - party venues;
      • Any damages resulting from your use of or reliance on the App.

  9. Modifications to Terms

    1. CORPKEY may revise these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be communicated via the App or by email to registered users.
    2. Continued use of the App following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must cease using the App and delete your account.

  10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
    2. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
